Oatmeal cupcakes
Dietary dessert made from oatmeal
Ingredients:
oatmeal (or ready-made oat flour) – 250 g
natural yoghurt – 150 g;
egg – 1 pc;
honey or natural sweetener – 20 g;
baking soda – 1/2 tsp;
vanilla – to taste.
Recipe:
Add the ingredients to a bowl and beat with a mixer.
Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
Divide the finished dough into the moulds.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 10-15 minutes.
Finished cupcakes can be covered with cream
